Manufacturer Warranties

Day & Nite works with most manufacturer warranties, even if we did not perform the original installation. We’re happy to assist in locating and honoring manufacturer warranties for equipment installed by other providers.

One-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all materials and workmanship for general repairs and retrofit work. This warranty is valid provided that full payment is made when due. If warranty work becomes necessary, it must be performed by Day & Nite or our authorized agents during regular business hours (8 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). It’s important to note that any third-party service on equipment installed by Day & Nite may void this warranty.

Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

As part of our Red Carpet Service, Day & Nite offers a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This guarantee means that any work performed by our technicians is backed for the life of the system or installation, giving you complete confidence in the reliability of our service. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we’ll make it right at no additional cost. It’s our way of ensuring peace of mind for every customer.
